iHeir-TQ水性涂料防霉剂适用于乳胶漆、高分子聚合物乳液、颜料浆及各类水性涂料。亦可用于抑制细菌和真菌在生产和存储印刷水性墨和其它含水有机产品中的滋生。iHeir-TQ已经被广泛用于大容量存储乳液的防霉防腐上。iHeir-TQ为水性漆和涂料的罐內防霉抗菌剂，大量的实验及实际应用证明iHeir-TQ对丙烯酸、聚醋酸乙烯、聚苯乙烯丁酯以及其它共聚物有很好的防霉防腐功能并且与这些产品中的有机和无机物成分有着很好的相容性。
iHeir-TQ environment-friendly coating antifungal (antibacterial) agent is a highly efficient and non-toxic antifungal agent, which is applicable to latex paint, polymer emulsion, water-based pigment paste, and all kinds of coatings. It can also be used to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi in the production and the storaging of the printing ink and other aqueous organic products. iHeir-TQ environment-friendly coating antifungal (antibacterial) agent has been widely used in the sterilization for large capacity storage emulsion. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the registration for iHeir-TQ to become tank fungicide for water-based paint and coatings. A large number of experiments and practical applications have proved that iHeir-TQ has excellent anti-corrosion and sterilizing functions for acrylic acid, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene butyl esters, and other copolymers, and it has excellent compatibility with organic and inorganic components of these products.

Product Application
iHeir-TQ涂料防霉剂属于水性体系抗菌产品，可用于水性涂料、水性墨防霉，例如：腻子、乳胶漆、聚乙烯醇及其各种改性物、水溶醇酸树脂、水溶环氧树脂、无机高分子水性树脂。
iHeir-TQ Coating Anti-moldl Agent belonging to the water system antibacterial products, can be used for water-based paint, water-based ink mouldproof, for example: putty, emulsioni paint, polyvinyl alcohol and its various modified content, water soluble alkyd resin, water soluble epoxy resin, inorganic polymer water-based resin.
使用方法及用量
Recommended Using Methods for iHeir-JS
1.iHeir-TQ涂料防霉剂产品的供应形式为液体，易于混合。实验证明iHeir-YQ油漆防霉剂的防霉防腐效果不会因不同的加入点而受到影响。iHeir-TQ可以直接在水性涂料研磨、包装前或使用水性涂料前加入。为确保加入iHeir-TQ涂料防霉剂后的均匀分散，必须将本品和油性涂料充分搅拌（建议按2.0%-3.0%比例添加）。
1.The supply form of iHeir-TQ fungicide is liquid, which is easy to mix. Experiments have proved that iHeir -TQ’s sterilizing and anti-corrosion effects will not be affected by different adding points. iHeir – TQ can be directly added in the process of grinding or paint preparing. To ensure the even disperse after adding iHeir-TQ, emulsion and waterborne paint must be fully mixed (The recommended adding ratio is 2% – 3%).
2.配合微生物胶囊技术加工在包装材料上，其活性成分的浓度取决于产品的大小或空间的大小。

测试iHeir-TQ防霉效果
Test iHeir-TQ mouldproof effect
测试方法介绍:准备两块木板，调配好涂料，使用添加2%的iHeir-TQ涂料防霉剂涂刷到其中一块木板上，使用调好的涂料（未添加iHeir-TQ涂料防霉剂）涂刷到另外一块木板上面，等待干燥，然后准备一个塑料箱子，塑料箱子内装有水，使用砖头垫起来，水平面不要超过砖头，然后将两块涂刷涂料的木板放在砖头上面，将塑料箱子的盖子盖上，放置28天看实验结果，见下图：
Test method is introduced: prepare two boards, allocate a good coating, use the add 2% iHeir – TQ paint coating to one piece on the wood mould inhibitor, using mixed coating (not add iHeir – TQ coating mould inhibitor) besmear to another piece of board above, wait for dry, and then to prepare a plastic box, plastic box containing water, use cushion bricks, water not more than a brick, then put the two pieces of besmear brushs paint board on top of the brick, plastic box lid, 28 days to place to see the results, see below:

包装及贮存
Packaging and Storage
25和160公升两种规格，请将iHeir-TQ涂料防霉剂存放在常温室内空气流通处，请勿用无内衬的金属容器来装本品。在普通存储温度下，该产品最少有一年的稳定期。
The product has two specifications–25 & 160 litres. Please put iHeir-TQ in the ventilated area at normal temperature. Please do not use metal container without lining to load iHeir-TQ. Under normal storage temperature, the product’s stability can last at least a year.
